Breathing method PNEUMOBALANCE for healthy and long life

Correct breathing is an important necessity for good health and active longevity. That’s why breathing exercises are beneficial and necessary for almost everyone.

Different breathing techniques offer original ways of respiration. For example, traditional oriental systems (yoga, Qigong) use slow diaphragmatic breathing for physical and mental state regulation.

Buteyko method recommends optimizing breathing in order to get rid of hyperventilation and restore normal CO2 content in the body.

There are other unique breathing regulation techniques for treating different conditions and increasing body’s spare capacities.
Different breathing devices are used for training respiratory muscles based on resistance to breathing and they allow performing hypoxic trainings.

Bronchial asthma treatment

Asthma is a condition that causes long-term inflammation of the airways. The inflammation makes the airways overreact to certain particles in the air. During an asthma episode, the muscles surrounding the tubes that carry air into the lungs (bronchial tubes) go into spasm; the mucous lining of the lungs swells; and secretions build up in the lungs, suddenly making breathing difficult.

A person who is having an asthma episode (attack) may make a wheezing or whistling sound while breathing. The person usually coughs a great deal and may spit up mucus. Sometimes a chronic, dry cough, especially at night or early in the morning, is the only symptom of mild asthma.

Many things can trigger asthma, including allergens such as dust, pollen, cockroaches, and animal dander. In general, viral respiratory infections, such as colds, are the most common triggers of asthma. Other triggers include exercise, cold air, cigarette or wood smoke, chemical vapors, pain relievers (especially aspirin), food preservatives and dyes, and emotional stress.

Bronchial asthma is often tough and even insidious, but everything is possible for a persistent and determined person. Take the Frolov’s Training Device as your assistant, and it won’t let you down!

Mechanism of osteochondrosis and joint diseases treatment

Today 40 to 80 percent of all people worldwide suffer from osteochondrosis. This disease mainly attacks people aged over 30, but sometimes young people can feel its symptoms for the first time at the age of 15-20. The disease affects people socially active, still long and relapses, so cripples strong society. Women are suffering from osteochondrosis more often than men, while men feel more acute pain.

What is osteochondrosis? Above all, this is the dystrophic process in the intervertebral discs. The disks gradually lose their elasticity and collapse. As a result, the space between vertebras is reduced and the roots of the spinal nerve become squeezed, causing pain and edematous neurovascular symptoms in the field. This, in turn, leads to more and more stifling pain and muscle spasm.

The osteochondrosis can attack any part of the spinal cord. If cervical spine is affected, brain circulation can be interrupted. This leads to headaches and dizziness and may be followed by pain in the shoulder joints (humeroscapular syndrome) and intermittent blood circulation in your hands. Thoracic spine forms of the disease often occur with pain in the heart and can be taken for angina. Lumbar spine forms of the disease are characterized by pain in waist and lower extremities with different intensity: from chronic nagging pain to acute pain attacks.

Mechanism of allergy and immune system disorders treatment

Allergy and immune system disorders treatment

Immunity is a combination of body functions aimed to protect it from everything genetically foreign. Here we speak not only about bacteria, viruses, parasites, allergens and others; under certain circumstances even our own cells can become foreign to our body, for example when they change into cancer cells, mutate or advance in age. And everything genetically foreign is dangerous. The goal of the immunity is to defend body from any attack no matter where it comes from.

A healthy person is not aware of constant “fighting” within his or her body. But if the immune system fails to cope (with flu virus, for instance), the person becomes ill. When immunity does not function well, this causes frequent and long-term diseases and various complications.

Immune reaction mechanism is rather sophisticated. It includes production of antibodies that work as body ‘guards’. Their goal is to neutralize any substances (so called antigens) that intrude into a body. Theoretically speaking any immune reaction should be successful, but sometimes the immune system ‘exceeds its powers and without any control starts treating absolutely harmless substances as if they were dangerous. Such loss of control leads to destructive hyper reactions. These destructive reactions are called ‘allergic reactions’, while the antigens that provoke such reactions are called ‘allergens’.

Breathe with the respiratory training Device and live without allergy and fever all the year round!
